Assistant Store Manager / Sales Associate

Location: Miromar Outlet Mall, Estero, Florida

Schedule: Part-time

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, with potential commission opportunities

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable team member to help grow sales, deliver excellent customer service, and represent the LAYLE Beauty brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers

• Recommend products based on customer needs

• Support store sales goals and daily operations

• Help maintain displays and store presentation

• Assist with promotions, sampling, and events

• Build strong customer relationships and repeat business

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, fragrance, or wellness

• Strong communication and people skills

• Comfortable in a sales-driven environment

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
